FOR OPERATORS · ASSESSMENT & OPERATIONS

Your network is talking. We make sure someone's listening.

We're the operations function on your side of the network: monitoring how it's performing, surfacing what needs attention, and making sure every issue reaches the right partner with a clear path to resolution.

AFTER GO-LIVE

Installation is the beginning. Operations is the job.

A live charging network involves many parties — hardware makers, software platforms, installers, maintenance providers — and each does its part well. What multi-party infrastructure needs, especially at scale, is coordination on the owner's side: someone watching performance day to day, catching offline chargers before revenue slips, and routing each issue to the right partner quickly. That's the operations function we provide.

START WITH AN ASSESSMENT

Three things you'll know inside two weeks.

01
Health scorecard

Uptime, utilization, and silent capacity loss per site and charger — quantified in kWh and lost revenue.

02
Accountability map

Every recurring fault type mapped to who owns it — and how they're reached.

03
Prioritized action plan

What to fix now versus what needs ongoing watching.

ONGOING ENGAGEMENT

What we keep running.

Monitoring & proactive site analysis

Continuous review of uptime, utilization, and fault patterns across every site.

Escalation & ownership map

Every fault type has a named owner and a route to reach them — kept current.

Standard operating procedures

Repeatable playbooks for the incidents your network actually sees.

Documentation repository

As-builts, panel labeling, configs, and warranty terms — in one living record.

WHO WE ARE

Independent, across the whole stack.

ConsultEV is an independent EV charging operations and management company. We work with site hosts, charger owners, and operators — the people who fund the infrastructure and face the driver — and we coordinate across everything it takes to keep a network running, from the charger itself to the site owner's contract.

WHERE WE STEP IN

Hardware and vendor selection, OCPP and CSMS choice, contracts and monetisation, and the day-to-day operating model — support, escalation and accountability.

WHERE PARTNERS STEP IN

We don't design electrical infrastructure or carry out installation. That work sits with specialist civil and electrical partners — we help you choose them, brief them, and check what they deliver.

WHO WE ARE

We are an independent advisory and operations firm for EV charging. We work with the people who own, fund, and stand behind charging infrastructure, helping them make sound decisions going in and run accountable, well-performing networks once they're live.

Why we exist

EV charging is advancing quickly, and a great deal of genuinely good work is being done across the industry. Installation, though, is only the beginning: once a network goes live, the real work is in everything that comes after — monitoring, coordination, and steady day-to-day operations across many moving pieces.

Most of the industry has organized itself around the supply side: the hardware manufacturers, the software platforms, the networks, and the installers. That is where the attention, the innovation, and much of the investment have gone — and each of those parties does its part well. The owner's side of the table has simply had less support: the site hosts, the charger owners, and the businesses that fund the infrastructure and stand in front of the end customer. They carry the capital and the reputation, and they deserve an operations function of their own.

Coordinating a multi-party network is a real job, and at any meaningful scale it needs someone dedicated to it. We launched this firm to be that someone. Our purpose is straightforward: to support the people who own and operate charging, so that what they build lasts, their investment is protected, and the experience they offer drivers steadily gets better.

What we bring

Our experience spans the full charging lifecycle, from the first equipment decision to the day-to-day reality of keeping a live network healthy. That breadth of exposure is what lets us advise on the whole picture rather than a single slice of it.

{{ n.label }}

Hardware selection and installation advisory. Evaluating equipment against the actual use case, and guiding the choice of installation partners, rather than defaulting to whatever is being sold.

Platform and ecosystem onboarding. Navigating the platform onboarding journey and the wider ecosystem, so systems are configured correctly from the start instead of inheriting problems later.

Requirements and fit assessment. Pressure-testing the intended use case against power, budget, and operations to confirm a deployment is the right fit before commitments are made.

Operations and management. The ongoing discipline of running a network that is already live: monitoring performance and utilization, and keeping sites doing what they were built to do.

Troubleshooting and diagnostics. Reading fault and status data across systems that don't talk to each other, to identify what is actually failing, and where the responsibility for it sits.

Accountability across the stack. Mapping every recurring issue to a clear owner and a path to resolution, so multi-party infrastructure stays coordinated.

How we work

Independent and vendor-neutral. We don't sell hardware and we don't sell platforms. Our advice serves your network, not a supplier's order book.

On your side of the table. We represent the host and the owner, the side that carries the cost, not the supply chain.

Honest about what we control. We can't promise nothing will ever break. What we can promise is that when it does, it is seen, understood, and driven to the right hands.

Whether you're weighing your first deployment or trying to get a real grip on a network that's already in the ground, we're here to make sure it's built to last, and to make the charging experience better for everyone who depends on it.
